We employ over 80 years combined experience with six people in the audio/video/control field. Everyone we have has extensive experience doing exactly what we do: the guy with the least experience has been in AV for nine years!  We invite you to call Crestron, call other AV dealers and ask what they know about PanTech Design.  You'll hear that we are detail oriented, deliver what we promise on time and a pleasure to do business with.

We employ four programmers with extensive programming experience.  Eric Dell has programmed casinos and suites in Las Vegas, boardrooms, court houses, command and control centers, college campuses, museums, theaters, churches, homes and many other systems.  Wade Schlossstein has been programming with us since 2006, programming for college campuses, boardrooms, theaters, numerous homes and yachts.  Paul Balcombe has been with PanTech Design since early 2009 after working for other CAIPS and AV dealers for nine years working on large west coast residences, commercial installations, government buildings, school systems (elementary to college) and yachts.  Alex Teague has owned several AV integration firms, programmed over 200 Crestron projects and has been in the industry since 2001.

Finally, Troy Morgan and I (Micah Thurlow) both worked for Crestron (the control manufacturer we prefer) for a combined nine years before starting PanTech.  While there, we taught most every programming and design class they offered, we worked on courtrooms for the state of Texas, operating rooms for hospitals, hotels, and many other projects.  Since starting PanTech we've developed extensive experience in a lot of different environments, including yachts (Mine Games, Lohengrin, Meridian, Zoom Zoom Zoom, Mustique and many other ships for different manufacturers), boardrooms, hotels, court rooms, educational systems, residential controls and many other variants.
